So before we get into the topic, I wanna make clear that this review is not sponsored by any of these email marketing providers that we’re gonna be talking about in this post.
In this post, we are going to give you the pros & cons between different Email Marketing software & Specifically we are going to talk about 8 different providers including both free & paid options which are ActiveCampaign, Constant Contact, GetResponse, Aweber, Convert, Mailchimp, MailerLite and Sendinblue.
And We’ve already created complete beginner tutorials for each of these eight providers
We’ll break this review down into five things that you should look for when deciding on your email marketing software. And I’m gonna be giving you my overall thoughts at the end on which platform I would choose for what.
So let’s now dive in and talk about the five factors that you should look for when deciding on an email marketing software. Let’s start off with the most obvious one, which is price.

Email Marketing Services
Email Marketing Tools

1} Price: Pretty much all email marketing providers charge for their service on a monthly or yearly basis. Kind of like a Netflix subscription. If you stop paying the monthly fee, you will lose access to their software. The amount you’ll have to pay normally depends on how many contacts you have on your email list. So the larger the email list is, the more you have to pay on a monthly or yearly basis. The only exception to this pricing model is Sendinblue.
Sendinblue They charge based on how many emails you send out per month rather than how many contacts you have on your email list.
So Sendinblue might be interesting to you if you already have a large email list but you send out relatively few emails. Five of these eight providers also offer a completely free plan that you can use up to a certain amount of contacts on your email list. When you go over that contact limit, you will have to choose one of their paid plans.
with that contact limit, most free plans also limit the number of features that you can use so that eventually you will become a paying customer.
In my opinion, MailerLite and Mailchimp have the most attractive free plan on the market right now. You can use both of these free options to create signup forms, build landing pages, and send out email broadcasts. MailerLite is the only free option that you can use to build entire email automation sequences and MailChimp has the most attractive contact limit at 2000 email contacts. And ActiveCampaign, Constant Contact, GetResponse, Aweber, Convert and Sendinblue do not provide any free plan except a free trial period offer.

2} Email marketing tools which need for your business? : For that, you have to find out what kind of Email Marketing tools are required in your business, Will you just send out simple email newsletters or will you be building complex email automation sequences and customer journeys. Because there’s no point in paying for a very powerful tool if you’re not gonna use those features. Out of all eight options, ActiveCampaign is definitely the best provider when it comes to email marketing automation they are known to be the leader when it comes to email automation. You can also use it to send text messages, build landing pages, and split our different campaigns. And they also have a very good CRM feature and tons of integration options.

3} Deliverability: This is something many people don’t think about but it’s actually very important when it comes to email marketing. When your email marketing provider has spared deliverability then your emails will end up in the spam folder And that’s something you would definitely wanna avoid by all means. Because you can have the best converting emails. It doesn’t really matter when nobody actually finds your emails. There’s a website called and they do a regular deliverability test for each of these eight providers.
And as per Constant Contact & ActiveCampaigns
So what you see on the screen right now is deliverability overall followed by MailerLite and Mailchimp.

4} Customer Support: Setting up your own email marketing system is not always easy And a lot of the time you won’t be able to google the answer to your problems because each email marketing system is unique to their business. So you really wanna have good support that when you get stuck somewhere, you can just contact them and they will be able to help you quickly.
In my own experience, GetResponse has the best support out of all options. They’re available 24/7. You can start a chat with them with a click of a button and their staff is very knowledgeable & they will be actually able to help you and solve your problem quickly.

5} Simple Email Automation: When it comes to simple automation then I would definitely go for MailerLite. It’s not only the easiest tool to use but also the most affordable one and their free plan already have everything you need to get started. And once you pass 1000 email contacts it’s still the cheapest option. And if you do have some money to spend you’re really serious about email marketing and you wanna build customized email automation, sequences then ActiveCampaign is definitely the best choice for you. If you go with ActiveCampaign, you will most likely never have to operate and switch to another provider because there’s really no other tool right now that can compare with ActiveCampaign.
